How It Works

Request your visit through our secure portal or by phone.
Your physician arrives at your home or office with all necessary medical equipment.
Your appointment lasts 45–75 minutes, allowing for a comprehensive exam and unrushed discussion.
On-site diagnostics are performed when needed: CLIA-waived tests, bloodwork collection, portable ultrasound, or EKG.
Follow-up care is coordinated on your behalf, including imaging, specialist referrals, prescriptions, or continued telemedicine support.
